Italian restaurant Lucia’s has opened its doors at Address Sky View

Are we sick of new Italian restaurants yet? Hint: no. This, of course, is especially true if said restaurant is the latest offering by the team behind some of our favourite venues – Antika, February 30, Le Rosé, Seven Sisters and The Theater Dubai. Meet Lucia’s, located in Address Sky View and already brimming with party vibes. We’re told that the space is Mediterranean in aesthetic (read: shades of blue and lemon offset by olive trees) and boasts an incredible terrace offering unobstructed views of Burj Khalifa. Vibe-wise, a banging post-dinner club set-up makes it one of Dubai’s liveliest restaurants, with each DJ set entirely distinct.

Rabih Fakhreddine, Founder and CEO of 7 Management says, “This is our eighth opening, and we are beyond thrilled with the experiential masterpiece we have created at Lucia’s. A night here promises pure escapism, taking you on an epic journey where great times and a brilliant party are guaranteed. This resurgence in the industry is brilliant to see following a long stint of Covid-19 restrictions – we are so excited to bring this incredibly exciting project to Dubai.”

Over on the menu, the dishes are equal parts sophisticated and authentically Italian, each meant to be shared with friends in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. The finest seafood from Sicily is on offer, with the likes of Lucia’s Torre di Crudi di Mare (sliced Mediterranean red snapper with a citrus dressing) big enough to serve up to four. There’s also Beef Carpaccio (seared beef tenderloin, rocket, parmesan cheese and shaved black truffle), Ricotta Ravioli (homemade ravioli, buffalo ricotta, caviar and red prawn tartare with Amalfi lemon zest), and Milanese di Vitello (500 grams of milk-fed veal chop cooked in butter with rocket and cherry tomatoes).

Desserts are last on the menu, but certainly not least. Among the indulgent choices is the must-try Crostata Al Limone Di Capri, shortcrust pastry with Capri lemon cream, meringue, and raspberry gel. Enrico Paiola, famed Executive Chef for 7 Management says, “Lucia’s opening its doors is a dream come true for me. The menu is pure Italian and reminds me of the food you can find only in Italy – nothing I personally don’t want to eat. There are many Italian restaurants in Dubai, but what we have here is a truly Italian experience from start to finish.”
